Catering and Receptions
Town Hall preferred caterers represent a range of menu selection and pricing. For more information about our preferred caterers, ask our Venue Sales Director or contact the caterers directly.
Please discuss Town Hall catering policies with your event coordinator.
Events where food will be served fall into three categories:
Reception with Commercially Prepared Food $50
> Client brings commercially prepared food, sets up, cleans up and removes refuse after the event.
> A caterer drops off food for an event. Clients are charged for food drop-off, regardless of whether they contract with a preferred or non-preferred Town Hall caterer. Client sets up, cleans up and removes refuse after the event.
Reception, Staffed by Town Hall Preferred Caterer No Charge
> Catering company delivers, sets up, stays, serves, cleans up and removes refuse after the event. See above for a list of TH preferred caterers.
Reception, Staffed by Non-Preferred Caterer $150
> Catering company delivers, sets up, stays, serves, cleans up and removes refuse after the event.
No homemade, family-style, potluck food and/or beverages are permitted in TH. All food and beverages must be provided by a licensed caterer or otherwise approved by TH staff. Town Hall has no cooking facilities and all food is to be prepared off-site.
The renter is responsible for setup, staffing, and cleaning up, and for obtaining appropriate licenses and permits associated with the event. A fee will be assessed for any cleaning or damages resulting beyond normal janitorial cleanup.
Every caterer pays a venue charge to Town Hall based on gross food and beverage sales. This fee is 7% for preferred caterers and 10% for non-preferred caterers.
